1- If your candle is damaged in transit, please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can discuss your refund or replacement!
2- We only accept returns of unlit candles up to 10 days after your order. You are responsible for shipping both ways, but will receive a refund for the candle itself! Please email if interested. (We recommend buying sampler packs if you're unsure about liking a scent!)
1- Canceling - You may cancel an hour within 24 hours of placing it. Please e-mail as soon as possible, otherwise it may already be processed/made!
2- Incorrect Address - Please let us know right away if your order has the wrong address! If it's already sent, unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it! If USPS marks the package "unknown" or "unable to deliver" we don't offer refunds on the cost of shipping, but can refund the candle cost if returned back to us.
3- Lost/Stolen Orders - Tracking on orders isn't always 100% reliable. Keep an eye on it, and if it hasn't moved in over one week, please contact us. If an order says "delivered" but you didn't receive it, we are not responsible.
