Shipping & Refund Policy


1- If your candle is damaged in transit, please send a photo to and we can discuss your refund or replacement! 

2- We don't accept returns at this time. We recommend buying sampler packs if you're unsure about liking a scent!


1- Canceling - You may cancel an hour within 24 hours of placing it. Please e-mail as soon as possible, otherwise it may already be processed/made!

2- Incorrect Address - Please let us know right away if your order has the wrong address! If it's already sent, unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it! If USPS marks the package "unknown" or "unable to deliver" we don't offer refunds on the cost of shipping, but can refund the candle cost if returned back to us.

3- Lost/Stolen Orders - Tracking on orders isn't always 100% reliable. Keep an eye on it, and if it hasn't moved in over one week, please contact us. If an order says "delivered" but you didn't receive it, we are not responsible. 



Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking info! In some instances, tracking isn't updated that frequently by the mail carrier, but if your order was marked shipped, it's on the way!

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on carrier load and your location.
